Escape the gloom and spend the winter in the sunshine in Balchik, on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. Apartment Vista and Apartment Breeze are two spacious, fully equipped apartments located in the same building. Each spans 80–85 sq.m. and features two bedrooms, a private terrace, high-speed internet, and a washer/dryer—making them ideal for families, couples, or remote workers looking for a sunny, peaceful base during November and December.

Balchik enjoys a mild, sunny climate long after the summer season ends. Flights to Varna Airport (a 40-minute drive away) are at their most affordable during the autumn and winter months.

Experience a different kind of Christmas and New Year: a quiet town, sea views from your terrace, fresh local food, and none of the usual December hustle and bustle. Both apartments are available for the holidays and can be rented together to accommodate groups of up to 12 people.

Queen Maria’s Palace and the Botanical Garden are within walking distance. The beach is 900 meters away. Free parking is provided. Fast response guaranteed.

Whether you book one apartment or both, you'll find the same attention to detail – natural textures, soft lighting and local accents creating a warm, homely atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
