Complex Atica

Villa Atica offers elegant two-storey guest houses in the traditional style of the Bulgarian Renaissance, a combination with wood and rock in the lovely village of Gorna Malina, which is located near 30 km from Sofia.

The two-storey guest houses are three:

- On the first level are located: a comfortable living-room with upholstered furniture, a bathroom with a toilet, TV, cable TV, WiFi, WC, a dining-room with 6 places, full furnished kitchenette with a refrigerator, an oven, a ceramic hob, a micro oven, a coffee machine and kitchen utensils and pots and pans.

- On the second level are located two bedrooms and one more bathroom with a toilet. One of the bedrooms disposes with one extra bed and a porch with a magnificent view to the garden, TV, cable TV, WiFi. And the other bedroom disposes with two single beds, TV, cable TV, WiFi.

- The houses are southerly exposured, therefore the wide porch offers a beautiful view to the attractively formed yard.

- Every house has a local heating for the winter months.

- Every house has a porch with a table, chairs, umbrella for 6 persons and a mobile barbeque.

The guest houses share one yard of 1200 m2, in which are created comfortable spots for resting outside on fresh air and for playing outside games. For the leisure time of our guests in the beautiful garden of Villa Atica, we created a meadow for games, table tennis in an indoor porch, chaise-lounge for sunbathing, a cradle, yard tables and chairs with umbrellas, parking places for three cars and in front of the houses there is a place for 10 cars. A discreet illumination illuminates the garden during nighttime.

The capacity of the three houses is 14 guests. Three triple rooms and six double rooms.

The guests of the house have the opportunity to eat in the tavern, also and outside the tavern in the cool in the yard of the houses during the summer. The comfortable tavern has 14 places and a fireplace for the winter months, a big outside barbeque with an oven. The tavern is fully furnished and offers everything a man can need for self-dependent food preparing. It has tables, chairs, a corner sofa, kitchen with fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, kitchen utensils and pots and pans. For the good mood of the tavern guests we offer a musical installation with a great choice of selected music.

Price for one night:

- A house for 6 people – 150 levs

- All the resort complex for 21 people + tavern – 350 levs

The price is for the guesthouse or the resort complex and the tavern and includes:

1-night stay, internet, satellite TV, coffee and tea, tavern, outside barbeque with a fireplace, parking places, tourist fare. The price includes VAT.

The price of the tavern includes: 1 bag wood for the fireplace/ charcoal for barbeque, products for cooking, pots and pans, consumables.

For reservation: 30% deposit is required.

Conditions:

By accommodation is required a deposit of 200 levs by renting the whole resort complex.

By no respecting the conditions of Villa Atica and/or causing any damage, the deposit wont be given back.

The tavern is sound-tracked and equipped with everything needed for festivals and corporate events.

It isn’t allowed to bring in additional sound-tracking system.

Smoking in the tavern is not allowed!

Villa Atica disposes with parking places for three cars and in front of the resort complex with ten more parking places for cars.

The garden of Villa Atica:

In the garden of Villa Atica during May the roses bloom, than the rhododendrons start to smell. In front of every house is detached a small garden with different decoration, stylish enclosure with decorative rocks and hedge, full of scent and blossom of spring flowers – geraniums, carnations, petunias, fragrant lavender, laurel, ornamental cypresses, small pine trees, and one-year-old beauties with white and pink blossoms.

Entertainments and sightseeing:

Village Gorna Malina disposes with a sports centre – a soccer field, volleyball hall, tennis court, mini soccer field. The guests of villa Atica can take the opportunity of the sports centre for their own sport day or just to play with friends.

In the beginning of the village is situated the Windmill Hydropark, which disposes with two swimming pools, restaurants, breeding-pond, attractions for kids and adults – paintball, football, volleyball, mini zoo and others.

Villa Atica is an excellent option for your special event – celebrating anniversaries, jubilees, different festivals, parties, birthdays, name days, team building – all these events can be transformed in reason for carrying out an entertaining and memorable corporate event.
