Village of Bistrilitsa is 100 km far from Sofia, 20 km from Berkovitsa and 20 km from Montana away. There are 3 houses in the Complex:"Bistrilitsa Houses": “Old Bistrilitsa house”,"House by the Well", “House by The Wallnut”.

The complex is ideal accommodation for anyone wanting to relax and sample the real Bulgarian country-life. Just two hours by car from Sofia - and you are in Bistrilitsa!Here the food tastes like it should be, the people are friendly, the prices are low and the air is clean. Our three self-catering village houses are at your disposal. Our houses are in a common, fenced yard where you can play ball-games, go for a swim in our little pool or simply let your hair down sitting in the sun with a good book.

The houses all offer self-catering accommodation, but we would be more than happy to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner for you. Upon your request, we can roast a piglet or lamb in the traditional oven – and you can even give us a hand, if you want! A variety of local dishes can be prepared according to your taste: why not sample the delicious Bulgarian fresh yoghurt and other dairy products.Taste the honey produced by Bistrilitsa’s many bees!

In"Old Bistrilitsa House" you will find an exhibition of the work of the painter Grigor Petrov and some hand-stitched miniatures.

Lopushanski Monastery,7 km. west from Bistrilitsa, impressing with its architectures and rock plastics.At the foot of top Todorini Kukli, not away from the balneology resort Varshets is situated The Klisura Monastery. It was repeatedly destroyed during the Turkish slavery, now its appearance is restored in the characteristic for the Renaissance style.The temple on the name of Saint "Kiril and Metodii" is sanctified in 1900 year.Chiprovtsi

Monastery and Chiprovtsi Church -25 km.from Bistritsa village is situated the first town in south - east Europe - town of Chiprovtsi, famous in the world as a center of handmade carpet industry.

At 65 km you can visit Belogradchik rocks and fortress. At 30 km from Belogradchik you can also visit Magura cave with its pre-historical stone paintings.

The springs of Ogosta river are at 25 km from Bistrilitsa. This is a very beautiful part of the region, in virgin woods, in the mountain.

At some 3.5 km from the village of Bistrilitsa you will find one of the largest dams in Bulgaria, Ogosta dam. It has a swimming pool and an entertainment complex with a discotheque.

The region is rich in rivers and micro-dams, suitable for fishing, water sports and rest in the open.At 80 km from Bistrilitsa is situated the historical ancient fortress "Baba Vida".
