Complex Simida

Guest houses "Simida" is a year-round complex of detached houses located in the village of Debnevo, between the towns of Troyan, Lovech, Apriltsi and Sevlievo. The village is known for its beautiful views, the lovely Balkans, the clean air. There are grocery stores in Debnevo where you can buy everything you need. In the summer, the International Festival of Music and Arts "Jam on the River" is organized, which attracts hundreds of people from all over Bulgaria. The complex consists of 4 independent houses with a private yard and a separate entrance, fully equipped for your vacation with family and friends in the beautiful and clean nature.

The guests of the house use shared with the other houses:

- year-round heated pool (28 degrees) - 4 m / 8 m + children's section 60 cm deep;

- year-round jacuzzi for 7 people and sauna, located in close proximity.

"Simida 1"

The accommodation capacity in Simida 1 guest house is 5+2 places, distributed in 1 double, 1 triple room and a living room with a sofa bed for two.

Our guests are provided with a living room with sofas, flat screen TVs and satellite channels; dining room; equipped kitchen with microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine; sanitary unit; large veranda with table and chairs.

Heating during the winter period is with air conditioners.

There is a barbecue and children's playground in the extensive yard.

"Simida 2"

Guest house Simida 2 is a house, in which the owners have created a wonderful home comfort with all modern comforts for a full vacation.

The accommodation capacity is for 11 adults and 5 children.

Floor 1 (up to 5+1 places) includes a living room with sofas and a fireplace; equipped kitchen and dining table for up to 8 people; bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; bathroom.

There is also a separate double room with a bathroom on the floor with a separate entrance.

Floor 2 (up to 6+2 places) - a living room with sofas and a large coffee table for 8 people are available; equipped kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils, stove (moved to the terrace due to lack of aspiration); no washing machine; 2 triple rooms; 1 bathroom and a wide veranda.

We would like to inform our guests that the conditions in the house allow no more than 10 adults to gather in the common dining room, and children can use the second dining room.

Flat screen TVs with satellite channels are provided in the house; Internet; bathroom accessories and ironing facilities. Heating during the winter months is with local heating and air conditioners.

The floors of the house can be rented separately!

Guests of the house can use a barbecue in the yard and a seasonal prefabricated pool and a swing for relaxation; for children - a trampoline. The house has parking spaces.

"Simida 3"

Guest house Simida 3 is a house, suitable for children and very cozy. The accommodation capacity is 11 places, distributed in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.

Floor 1 includes a living room with furniture, a table for 12 guests, a fireplace, an equipped kitchen; bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed; bathroom.

Floor 2 - 2 triple and 1 double rooms, 2 bathrooms are available.

Flat screen TVs with satellite channels are provided in the house; Internet; bathroom accessories and ironing facilities.

Heating during the winter months is with a fireplace with local heating and air conditioners.

The guests of the house can use a barbecue in the yard, and the little ones - a children's corner. The house has parking spaces.

"Simida 4"

Guest house Simida 4 is a house ideal for an intensive vacation. The accommodation capacity is 13 places.

Floor 1 includes a living room with sofas, a dining table and a fireplace; fully equipped kitchen; 1 double and 1 triple room; bathroom with bathroom and toilet; veranda.

On the 2nd floor there are 1 double and 2 triple rooms, a bathroom and a terrace with a table and chairs.

Flat screen TVs with satellite channels are provided in the house; Internet; bathroom accessories and ironing facilities. Heating during the winter months is with local heating and air conditioners.

In the yard of the house, guests can use a large tavern (up to 20 seats) with an equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances, with a dishwasher and a 60-inch TV.

A portable barbecue is also available. The house has parking spaces.

The village is known for the beautiful and clean Vidima River. The location is suitable for fishing, hunting and hiking. For those who love the natural environment, we recommend seeing Skoka Kaleitsa waterfall (17 km away), Vidimsko praskalo waterfall (19.5 km away) and Raiskoto praskalo waterfall (29.6 km away) by air in a straight line.

For fans of cultural sights, we suggest visiting the Troyan Monastery (12.1 km), the Dryanovo Monastery "St. Archangel Michael" - the village of Dryanovo (47.7 km), Park-museum Shipka (45.5 km), Monument "Arch of Freedom" - Beklemeto and Kakrina inn - Kakrina village (30 km).

The Roman fortress of Kaleto is also of interest, where gold coins and ornaments were recently discovered and displayed in the local museum.

Various events are organized near the "Simida" complex. At the end of September, the Plum Festival is held annually in the city of Troyan (25 km), the October Pumpkin Festival in the city of Sevlievo (30 km), the Festival of the city of Lovech on May 11 (30 km) and many more!

The proximity of the houses allows the accommodation of larger companies (up to 40+9 guests), and a restaurant in the village (hall and kitchen for self-catering) is available for an additional rent.

The place is suitable for various friend and family gatherings, as well as wedding celebrations - there is a beautiful church 20 m away.

In "Simida" complex after 11:00 p.m., loud noises are not allowed.
