Guest House Carpe Diem is located in the village of Banya, municipality of Razlog, 150 meters from the village center and 15 minutes walk from the thermal beach. It offers 12 rooms and 2 bedroom apartments with wonderful views tothe three mountains around, outdoor pool with hot mineral water, restaurant and garden.

Available in the cozy rooms of Carpe Diem is a balcony, TV, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with shower. Some units have air conditioning, seating area with sofa, there is also a shared lounge.

The house offers upon request delicious meals of local cuisine.The nearest supermarket is 20 meters.

Until recently rather unknown village of Bania today offers great opportunities for relaxation and recreation. In the village you can visit several sites that reveal interesting details of everyday life and rich history of the region: the museum, the old Bulgarian and the old Turkish bath, the laundry, and probably will be very surprised to see perhaps the only monument in Bulgaria of former communist leaders Georgi Dimitrov and Vladimir Lenin. You can play tennis, volleyball, basketball or soccer on the open public field. In the village you will find horse riding and climbing wall. For lovers of extreme sports are available jeeps and ATVs for different safaris. Picnics and hiking are also among the most attractive pleasures offered an array of three mountains around the village: Pirin, Rila and Rhodopes.

The entire region boasts rich diversity of mineral waters, all with different composition and curative action. Only in Bania are caught 8 hot springs (of 72) nearby you can enjoy the mineral springs of Dobrinishte (10 kilometers) Eleshnitsa (6 km) Bachevo (11 km) and others.

Just 5 km from Bania is one of the most famous Bulgarian ski resorts - Bansko with 10 km ski lifts. You can also visit the famous churches in s.Dobarsko (13 km) to visit the park of the former dancing bears in Belitsa (15 kilometers) , to play golf (5 km), to take some sunbaths in the Mediterranean Sea (160 km). Last but not least we recommend that you visit the Ethnographic Museum of Razlog and get acquainted with the ancient Bulgarian calendar in the city park.

But one of our biggest attractions - it is the local cuisine cooked with love and healthy organic products. The taverns and restaurants in Bania are known for their hospitality, delicious and rich menus at reasonable prices.
