Guest house “Aqua” is located in the mountain part of the town of Pravets, less than an hour drive from the Hemus highway from Sofia. The house has its own tavern, swimming pool, courtyard and parking. It offers an amazing panoramic view of the city, the dam and the mountain. Situated on a quiet street near a forest and surrounded by greenery, the house impresses with the privacy of a country cottage and the comfort of a moder house. The house consists of two self-contained apartments located on the 1st and 2nd floors, as well as a self-contained studio for 4 people. Each apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, an entrance hall, a kitchenette, a living room with a double sofa bed and a large panoramic terrace. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, flat screen TV and many other amenities for guests.

The studio has 4 beds, a mini-bar wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom and a large terrace with panoramic view. Across the house and yard there is wireless WI-FI internet. The capacity of each apartment is 4 people, and the studio also has 4 people or this makes 12 people for the whole house.

The house has a large fully equiped tavern - large fireplace-barbecue, kitchen cabinets, sink, fridge, hob and dishwasher.

An eco-path leading to Pravets Monastery "St. Theodor Tiron", along the path are situated recreation points and amazing panoramic terraces. There are many opportunities for entertainment, hiking and sports nearby. The area can enjoy natural, cultural and historical sights.
