The clean air and water, the proximity to the resorts of Borovets and Maliovitsa, the mountain tranquility, the warm atmosphere and the large capacity of the house make it extremely attractive for a quick escape from the city during the weekend or a good place to organize holidays with friends or colleagues. In the surrounding area you can visit a number of beautiful places in nature: Seven Rila Lakes, Urdini Lakes, Musala Peak, Mechit Peak, Maliovitsa Peak, Yonchevo Lake, Strashno Lake, Beli Iskar Eco Trail, the late antique fortress "Tsari Mali Grad" in the village of Belchin, mineral swimming pools in the village of Belchin and Sapareva Banya.

The house has 18 beds, distributed in 8 rooms with a view of the Rila mountain. Each room has its own bathroom.

We have a spacious living room with a fireplace for gathering company, as well as a large yard with a garden, for all our guests who wish to enjoy the mountain view and fresh mountain air in the comfort of their privacy.

We also have an equipped kitchen and a large outdoor grill that are also available to guests.

In the yard there is a small inflatable pool, as well as a tennis table.

At the request of the guests, we offer a ride in a carriage or a ride in the area with an off-road jeep.
