Guest house “ Baba Hota” is situated at the village Hotnitsa which is most famous for its waterfall-“ Kaq bunar” and the trail to it.(http://www.visit.bg/patevoditel/vodopadi-iazoviri/hotnishki-vodopad-132 ) Every summer people from all around the world visit the beautiful attraction, to feel closer to the nature and to have a good time around the barbecue. The village is 15 km from the old capital of Bulgaria- Veliko Tarnovo. It is a very historical and beautiful city with a lot of landmarks you can visit, just 18 km from it is the resort. Arbanasi is most well-known for with the old architecture.

The capacity of the house is 7+1 person. It has two floors and you will find it in a very quiet and peaceful place.

On the first floor is the kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, tv with Vivacom, and a large living room with table for 8 people The kitchen is fully furnished: dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave. Everything you need to enjoy your meals during the day.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a balcony with a table and chairs.

The master bedroom has one double bed, the guest room has one double bed and a bed for one person, and finally the last one has two single beds. All of them are air conditioned and equipped with sheets and towels.

Outside in the beautiful and colorful garden you can sunbathe on the sunbeds, relax in the hammock, or swing in the cool shadows of the grapes leaves. The best thing you can enjoy is the barbecue, it makes your stay even more memorable.

All this just for your own relaxation and perfect experience outside in the beautiful nature, where you can breathe clean air. This is the perfect place if you want to escape from the noisy city.
