We are located in the Balkan village of Spanchevtsi, which is 5 km from the town of Varshets and 90 km from the city of Sofia.

Open all year round, the house combines functionality, comfort and convenience. From the windows or terraces you will enjoy a view of the village and the Balkan.

We have 5 rooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, 3 bathrooms with toilets. We can accommodate up to 14 guests.

The third floor is set as a separate apartment - 2 rooms with bedrooms, kitchen, large living-dining room with fireplace, TV and sofa bed; panoramic windows to the terrace, bathroom and WC and living room.

There are 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. One is a private bedroom with a terrace, bathroom and WC.

The other 2 rooms have a separate entrance - with bedrooms, one with a sofa bed; the bathroom and WC are shared for these 2 rooms.

Some of the rooms can also be rented separately-they have a separate entrance.

Under the shed are placed tables with chairs and 2 electric and charcoal grills.

The parking is for up to 10 vehicles.

The swimming pool (12 x 6 m) is outdoor and can be used from May to September.

The Klisura Monastery is 7 km. from the village.
