Layout:

Ground floor: Separate apartment consisting of a kitchenette with dining area, large bedroom with sofa, bathroom and access to the yard and garden, equipped with a garden table and barbecue;

First floor: Spacious living room with kitchenette with access to the comfortable veranda. The kitchen has everything you need - dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, hob, toaster, blender, dishes, etc. From the veranda there is direct access to the beautifully landscaped and maintained yard; guest bathroom.

Second level: 3 bedrooms - one bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower cabin, two bedrooms - one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed; a second bathroom and classic-style cabinet for peaceful solitude, work and a place for creativity.

The house is located 4 minutes by car from the beach of St. Constantine and Helena, 10 minutes by car from the Sea Garden of Varna and 13 minutes from the Golden Sands resort. There is a public transport stop nearby for easy access to the city and the resort complexes.
