Originally built in **1965 by the Chilevi family**, the house has been completely renovated while carefully preserving its character, history and traditional atmosphere. It is located in **Varosha**, one of the most picturesque and authentic neighborhoods of Razlog, offering beautiful views of the Pirin Mountains, the majestic Mount Vihren and the ski slopes of Bansko.

The house is spread over **two floors** and offers plenty of space, comfort and privacy for families, groups of friends and guests looking to enjoy the mountains throughout the year.

## Four Bedrooms Inspired by Bulgaria’s Mountains

The upper floor features **four cozy bedrooms**, each named after one of Bulgaria’s beautiful mountain ranges – **Rila, Pirin, Rhodopes and Stara Planina**.

The same floor also offers a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for leisurely breakfasts, family dinners and evenings spent together.

Two terraces add to the feeling of space and invite you to start your day with a cup of coffee and beautiful mountain views.

## Three Bathrooms Inspired by Razlog’s Rivers

The house has **three bathrooms**, each with its own unique design and name inspired by the rivers of the Razlog area – **Byala, Cherna and Yazo**.

It is a small detail, but one that brings another piece of the local landscape and history into the house.

Here you will also find a **covered BBQ area**, where you can prepare a meal and enjoy time outdoors with family and friends – even when the weather is less predictable.

We kindly ask our guests to respect this atmosphere, especially during the evening and night hours.

Chill’eva House is ideal for **families and groups of friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing mountain getaway**, but it is not suitable for loud parties or noisy events.

To keep the house fresh and comfortable, **smoking is not permitted inside the residential part of the house**.

Indoor smoking is permitted only in the **“Panyovata” tavern**. Smoking is also allowed in the outdoor areas.
