Check-in begins at 14:00. until 20: 00. of course, by prior arrangement we will accommodate you at a later time for you.Time to leave the room-until 11: 00Smoking is prohibited inside! There is a barbecue, which is for use only on occasions and renting the whole site! There's no kitchen. Pets are allowed only upon request!

Parties/events are allowed on request only.

Noise-free hours are between 22: 30. and 08: 00.

At your disposal in the house is a wonderful corner, which has the necessary accessories, coffee machine, electric water kettle, toaster and washing machine, iron and ironing board.If necessary, we have a baby cot.

In the common part there is a huge handmade dining table, equipped with chairs, in addition there is a TV.

The rooms themselves are identical and all four have direct access to the terrace (the view is incredible), one of them is overlooking the garden, but again with access to the large terrace.

Each room has a private bathroom and toilet with a shower,toiletries,towels,air conditioning,TV,free-of-charge refrigerator,hairdryer,free parking and terrace with a view,table,chairs and a small wardrobe.
