Guest House "Da Vinci" *** is situated in the old part of town Varshets, near the Alley of plane trees. The house has 8 units, including 6 double rooms, 1 rooms for 2 + 1 (two children) and one apartment for four. Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV and Internet. The interior is contemporary in "vintage" style. It has a private reception and lobby bar. For guests' needs has a well equipped kitchen and dining / meeting room. There is a gazebo, a recreation area with four tables, Jacuzzi and 3 lounges, providing opportunities for recreation and relaxation of guests.

The facade was built in Art Deco style, typical of the buildings-symbols of the city - Old Bath, Casino, old houses which are architectural monuments of the 20s, and the Art Gallery.

Besides the tranquility that provides the location of the house, guests have the opportunity to walk around and enjoy the resort center, located 5 min walk from the building. Next to the guest house is the park of Varshets, which is the second largest natural park on the Balkan Peninsula after the Borissova Garden in Sofia. Five minutes away is the city pool filled with mineral water.

Known since antiquity for its mineral springs, Varshetz offers its visitors favorable conditions for effective balneoclimatic treatment and prevention in a renovated bathroom spa-complex, or just a relaxing break. The city is situated at the foot of Mount "Todorini kukli" in the northern slopes of Stara Planina, in a large valley along the river Botunya, 85 km north of Sofia and 30 km south from the district center of Montana. In the vicinity there are many interesting sights and places of recreation and tourism.
