The house is located on 110 км away from Varna in picturesque area at the foot of the mountain - 5 km away from the Second Bulgarian Capital - Veliki Preslav and near Pliska and Madara.

Dio house has 4 fully equipped bedrooms for 2-4 people/room, bathroom, 2 toilets, kitchen and living room/hall with capacity of 15 persons. Big yard of 1500 sq.m provides relaxation under the sky, funny outdoor games or barbeque. For the maximum fun of the guests they can use the Karaoke system as well as audio system.

Situated at only 15 minutes by walking of breathtaking dam. The price is for the whole house for one full day. Renting one or two rooms + bath, kitchen and living room is possible. There is option for organizing the transport (price on request). When renting the house of at least 2 days - gift from the owner - a bottle of whiskey or special local wine.
