If you want to celebrate your holiday, enjoy a romantic vacation or simply escape from the busy everyday life, the doors of Guest House "Dotsov" are wide open to you. The house is for all the people who are looking for new experiences and for all who have already felt the pleasures of rural tourism.

Guest house "Dotsov" is a good choice for a holiday in the mountain. The vila is located in the central part of the village of Barzia, in a quiet place where stunning views of the peak Todorini dolls, Kom peak and Ogosta dam are revealed.

Barzia village is 6 km away from Berkovitsa and 70 km from Sofia. Suitable route to many tourist sites in the region - ski complex Kom /30 min by car/, Klisura monastery /10 min/, Lopushanski, Chiprovtsi monastery and Belogradchik rocks /1 h/.

Dotsov Guesthouse is a detached house of 3 floors, with a large yard and a terrace.

1st floor - a large dining room, where guests can prepare their meals in a fully equipped kitchenette with utensils, crockery, refrigerator, cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine. The dining room also has a pleasant pellet fireplace, 2 dining tables for 10-12 people, soft furniture (two pull-out sofas), LED SMART TV. There is also a bathroom on the same floor.

2nd floor - here there are three rooms distributed as follows:

- Room 1 - with three single beds, bathroom with toilet, terrace;

- Room 2 - with one and a half person bed and one single bed, suitable for 2 adults and a child (the bathroom of this room is located on the first floor), terrace;

- Room 3 - with bedroom for two people, extendable armchair, bathroom with toilet, terrace.

3rd floor

- Room 4 - attic room, converted into a studio with a small bedroom and 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet, terrace.

All rooms have a private bathroom (one of the rooms on the second floor has a bathroom and toilet outside the room), TV, WI-FI internet and a terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Total maximum capacity of the house - 10 - 13 people, including children.

Since the summer 2020 the house has its own seasonal pool, working from 15.06. to 10.09.

You can also take advantage of the public mineral pool in the village of Barzia.
