Villa Felicity is a new, luxurious seaside villa, part of Amethyst Luxury Villas, located in the quiet Tarfa area of the village of Lozenets.

The location offers an ideal balance between tranquility and convenience – just a 5-minute walk (approximately 300 meters) from the sandy Oasis Beach, the same distance from a small shell beach, and about a 10-minute walk to the central beach and the village center.

*** Private Heated Saltwater Pool ***

One of the villa’s main amenities is its private heated saltwater swimming pool, purified by a UV system and completely chlorine-free.

Thanks to sea-salt electrolysis technology combined with UV filtration, the water is crystal clear, soft, and gentle on the skin.

The pool water temperature is maintained at 29–32°C by a heat pump.

The pool is seasonal and available to guests from early May to the end of September.

Around the pool you will find sun loungers with comfortable soft cushions, bean bags, an umbrella, as well as a spacious veranda with a large dining table and barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

*** Accommodation & Interior Space ***

Villa Felicity offers 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the fourth bathroom is a shared one located in the living area on the ground floor.

The villa is suitable for up to 6 adults and 4 children.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with 180×200 cm beds and TVs. Two of the bedrooms also feature fold-out armchairs with top mattresses measuring 70×190 cm. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon prior request.

*** Spacious Living Area with Direct Pool Access ***

The living area is open and bright, providing direct access to the veranda and the pool.

Amenities include:

Sofa bed (140×200 cm)

Dining table and bar counter

Modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware and utensils.

The villa offers parking for up to three cars.

The villa is available for rent for one or more weeks.
