The guest house complex is located just half an hour’s drive from Sofia. The houses are built in an ethnic style using wood and stone, and are situated on nearly 10 decares of land.

All houses have beautiful green areas, free parking, and Wi-Fi internet.

House Daya (for 16 people) has 6 double rooms with private bathrooms and one apartment with two double rooms and a shared bathroom. Our guests have access to a spacious mehana (traditional dining/lounge area) with a capacity of over 30 people. It includes a fully equipped kitchenette, fireplace, 55-inch LCD TV, and a party speaker. All stone floors (mehana and bathrooms) have water-based underfloor heating, providing unmatched comfort during the winter months. The house also has an outdoor built-in barbecue and two spacious covered verandas, one of which offers a panoramic view.

House Danaya (for 18 people) has 4 triple rooms (with two bathrooms) and 3 double rooms with a shared bathroom. The house is built in an old Rhodope style and includes two mehanas with capacities of 22 and 16 people. The mehanas are equipped with kitchenettes, cable TV, party speaker, restroom, and underfloor heating. Each mehana also has a spacious covered outdoor built-in barbecue area with tables.

House Ilaya (for 10 people) includes one room for 2 people (with separate beds) and a private kitchenette; two rooms for 4 people (with separate beds), two bathrooms, a private mehana, and an outdoor barbecue.

The mehana has a capacity of 16–18 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, 55-inch TV, party speaker, and outside there is a veranda with a barbecue.

Each house has its own yard, free parking, and Wi-Fi internet throughout the property.

Guests at the complex can enjoy a heated outdoor pool during the summer months.

We make custom offers for larger groups or longer stays.

We work with local restaurants to provide food delivery and homemade breakfasts upon request.

In the summer months, we offer vegetables from our own organic production.
