The private floor is second and is for a group of up to 7 people. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, two huge terraces with barbecue, grill, large tables and a beautiful view of the neighborhood. There are two air conditioners, wireless internet, three plasma TVs with cable. (For the New Year or the winter period, there is an option to provide an additional indoor room with a fireplace for celebration).

All guests have a parking space, a yard with a table, a barbecue, an outdoor cooking stove, a washer and dryer. Pets allowed upon request, additional fee may apply.
