Guest House “Kandafери 1” features a unique interior design – boutique style, elegance, and art skillfully blended into one harmonious whole. The atmosphere of the house, combined with the surrounding forest, the gentle murmur of the stream, the fresh air, and the tranquility of the Elena Balkan, creates the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday and memorable experiences.

The house is located 13 km from the town of Elena, in the picturesque village of Miykovtsi.

The accommodation capacity is 14 + 2 guests, up to a total of 16 people, and includes:

4 double rooms;

Suite (1st floor) – 2 to 4 guests;

Suite (2nd floor) – 3 to 5 guests;

Traditional balcony (charдак) with a view of Mount Chumerna;

Tavern-style dining area with 25 seats and a fully equipped kitchen – cookware, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (coffee provided), toaster, electric kettle;

Hall for relaxation, leisure, and presentations;

Wireless internet throughout the house and garden;

Inner courtyard with barbecue area;

Children’s playground in close proximity to the house;

Local central heating during the winter season.

All rooms are equipped with a TV, private bathroom, towels, and bathroom amenities.

Upon prior request, we offer home-cooked meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Guests can also take advantage of the massage studio. During the winter season, heating is provided by a local central heating system.
