Guest House, Villa "Andrea" is a luxurious guest house with a private pool, located in the picturesque village of Rogachevo. This village uniquely combines fresh mountain air with pleasant sea views. The villa offers a unique panorama of the Albena and Kranevo resorts, which are just a 5-minute drive away. The "Baltata" Nature Reserve is also located 6 km from the villa.

Guests at the villa have access to a pool measuring 4x8 meters, with a jacuzzi at one end. The pool is heated by solar energy. Our guests can also enjoy a large sun terrace with sun loungers and a well-maintained garden. In the yard, guests can find a charcoal grill, a garden furniture area, and a large table where they can enjoy warm summer evenings with pleasant food and drinks. The summer terrace and pool offer a great view of the sea. There are also parking spaces for 3 cars in the yard, with additional parking available on the street next to the villa.

The villa features a large banquet hall with a capacity of up to 30 people, a separate kitchen for food preparation, a living room with a pool table, a fireplace, and a large smart TV. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

On the 1st floor, there is one bedroom with a large double bed and a private bathroom. In the same room, there is also a fold-out sofa for 2 people.

On the 2nd floor, there are 2 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined together. Each apartment has one bathroom with a toilet. The living room in each apartment also has a fold-out sofa for 1 person. On the first floor, there is an additional bathroom that is not attached to any specific room.
