On the ground floor, there is a large banquet hall with a fully equipped kitchen with a barbecue and a table for more than 20 people. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine.

On the first floor, there are 2 more rooms with double beds and a folding sofa. The total capacity on the first floor is 4+3 people.

On the second floor, there are 3 rooms - a double room and a triple room with separate spacious terraces. The third room has a mini kitchen and a sofa. Capacity is 5+2 people.

On the third floor, there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be combined. There is a living room with a fully equipped mini kitchen and a sofa. The terrace offers unique views of the sea and the forest. The total capacity is 4+3 people.

Each floor has a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin.

A camping bed can be placed in each room with prior arrangement!

The house has a large garden, a large outdoor pool (8x4) and a jacuzzi. Around the pool, there is a large area where a covered gazebo is located. Guests have 10 sun loungers and cushions at their disposal.

The villa has an automatic garage and 4 parking spaces on the street.
