The renovated 250-year-old house of master builder (dylgerin) Nikola Gogov is of architectural and ensemble significance in Strandzha. Thanks to his craftsmanship and to the other houses he built, the village of Brashlyan is recognized as an Architectural Reserve by UNESCO to this day.

The house is located 60km (45min) from Burgas on the first-class republican road Burgas - Malko Tarnovo. We have 13 beds, 3 bathrooms, a fireplace, barbecue, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a large tavern for about 20 people and a summer gazebo in the yard.

The price of €70 is per person and includes - overnight stay + dinner with salads + breakfast with hot drinks. The price is in euros per person per night.

With a minimum stay of 2 nights, the price is €65 per person per night.

We offer homemade and unique Strandzha food, and the menu must be specified with us in advance.

The house consists of:

1 room - bedroom + single bed

1 room - bedroom + 2 pcs. single beds

1 room - bedroom in transition to two rooms with a screen

1 studio with a separate entrance, consisting of two rooms - one has two single beds, the second with a bedroom.

There are many picturesque villages in Strandzha Mountain, but the village of Brashlyan is special. It has preserved the authentic architecture of the Strandzha house, preserved the spirit and cultural traditions of its turbulent past.
