The house is located 800 m from the bank of lake Studen kladenets, 20 km from Kardzhali, 10 km from archeological site of Perperikon. Three cozy and clean rooms, shared toilets & shower room with 24h hot water, panoramic veranda for summer and warm dining room for cooler evenings.

The best thing about the house is the amazing view over the lake and the mountain, and number of outdoor activities. Breakfast and dinner are served upon request. If you order a meal, you enjoy the locally produced and home cooked food. Self catering also possible.

Hosts are nature lovers and organize various outdoor adventures like hiking, walking in the nature, wildlife and bird watching, kayaking and wind surfing in the lake, etc.
