Minchevi Houses are located in the scenic area, just 3 km south of the town of Elena, on the road to Tvarditsa. Nestled among the beautiful landscapes of the Balkan Mountains, the houses offer the perfect place to relax and unwind, away from the noise and fast pace of everyday life.

The property offers accommodation for up to 20 guests, distributed between two separate houses.

*House for 12 Guests

The first house is built in an authentic Bulgarian Revival style and has two floors.

The ground floor features a spacious traditional dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as two double bedrooms. The second floor has four additional double bedrooms.

All rooms have a private bathroom, internet access, and a TV with satellite channels.

One of the most pleasant places to relax is the large covered veranda on the second floor, furnished with a table and chairs. From here, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the "Markov" Stone and "Rayuv" Stone rock formations, as well as the scenic hiking trails leading to the "Turtles" rock sanctuary.

*House for 8 Guests

The second house is built in a contemporary style, combining the comfort of a modern home with the charm of a mountain getaway.

The house features a spacious traditional dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and three private bedrooms: two triple rooms, each with one double bed and one single bed, and one double room with a double bed.

There are two bathrooms, and all rooms are equipped with TVs and satellite television.

Both houses feature spacious, fully equipped kitchens with everything you need to store, prepare, and serve homemade meals.
