We present to your attention a fully restored guest house located in a very quiet and cozy place in Elena Balkan, only 6 km away from the town of Elena and in close proximity to the Yovkovtsi dam in the village of Yakovtsi - Mahalnitsi.

The house is on two floors and has 5 rooms with two, three and four bedrooms (2 double, 1 triple - bedroom and single bed, and 2 quadruple - bedroom and sofa), large tavern, two bathrooms and toilets, indoor fireplace, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen. Local heating of the whole house.

The price for the whole house is 180 leva per day with a minimum of 2 overnight stays, 160 leva per day for a minimum of 2 nights, 140 leva per day for 5 and over 5 overnights.

For public holidays negotiated with a minimum of 3 days.

The Christmas price between December 23rd and December 28th is 300 leva per day for a minimum of 3 nights and each next for 200 leva.

The price for the New Year between 29.12 and 02.01 is 500 leva per day with a minimum of 3 nights and each next 200 leva per day.

Roads are cleaned regularly and are accessible in winter.
