General description of the guest house

Located in a yard with an area of ​​1500 sq.m, "Nastevata kashta" offers its guests year-round recreation and entertainment at the foot of the Eastern Rhodopes.

The house surrounds you with a unique atmosphere and unique coziness, combining the spirit of the past with the comforts of the present. Here you can enjoy an unforgettable escape from the busy everyday life amidst greenery and silence.

"Nastevata kashta" is located next to the spa resort Mineralni Bani / 7 km /, 18 km from Haskovo, about 230 km from Sofia and 80-85 km from Plovdiv and Stara Zagora. In the immediate vicinity there are many natural attractions, tourist routes and eco trails, offering conditions for hiking, hunting and fishing.

For the complete rest of the guests the house has a simple yard with a covered barbecue, a swimming pool, a summer tent and a veranda. The yard is fenced with a wooden fence and is perfectly suitable for families with small children, as safety is guaranteed and does not require constant parental care and supervision.

The house has digital satellite TV and wireless internet. There is a library with various titles from Bulgarian and world literature, children's books, games / table football, billiards, badminton, darts, board games / and many other surprises.

Guesthouse

With us you will enjoy the comfort we created with a lot of love. Each room is unique in itself. We offer not only a place to spend the night, vacation and rest, but also the opportunity to feel at home, experiencing a palette of unforgettable experiences.

The house has 5 rooms for overnight stays with a total capacity of 11-12 people, as well as a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The winter drowning is on a fireplace with a water jacket.

FIRST FLOOR

Dining room with kitchenette

To gather everyone comfortably around the table, the dining room is equipped with a kitchenette, table and chairs. The dining room has a TV and air conditioning.

The kitchenette is equipped with cooking appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The necessary utensils for cooking are provided.

Compliments to the guests

Unlimited coffee, tea and seasonal fruits from the garden.

Bedrooms

On the first floor there are two of the bedrooms, together with a sunny dining room and a bathroom with a toilet. The bedrooms are not equipped with air conditioners because they are cool enough, even in the summer months. If necessary, during the hot summer days the air conditioner from the dining room can be used to cool the other rooms. There is a veranda where you can have your morning coffee, surrounded by greenery.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedrooms

On the second floor of the house there are two bedrooms equipped with air conditioners, a bathroom with a toilet and a large terrace overlooking the peak Aida and the spacious yard. One of the rooms is furnished with a bedroom and the other with 2 beds for a person and a half.

Yard

"Nastevata kashta" has a spacious yard of 1500 sq.m., allowing for various entertainments for young and old. There is a swimming pool with a diameter of 5.5 m and a depth of 1.2 m, sunbeds, hammock, tent with garden furniture.

Barbecue

For the evenings there is a covered barbecue with a beautiful view of the spacious yard. The barbecue has an equipped kitchenette, plasma TV, stereo and all amenities separated from the house to ensure the peace of children.

Catering and events

At the request of the guests, "Nastevata kashta" can also organize catering. The yard of the house is suitable for organizing company team building for about 20 - 30 people, as well as receptions and cocktails, and we will assist in organizing and providing the necessary equipment, catering and service.

The location of "Nateva House" is attractive for fishing enthusiasts who can combine a family vacation with their hobby. There is a dam for sport fishing only 2 km away, and the Trakiets and Garvanovo dams are 20 minutes away from the house.

For lovers of nature and cultural heritage, on the territory of the municipality of Mineralni Bani there are six eco-trails with different routes, which cover important natural and cultural landmarks. The eco-trails are equipped with neat places for recreation with benches, gazebos and barbecues in nature. Most of these corners are located in places with panoramic views of the beautiful forests of the Eastern Rhodopes.

Cultural holidays and festivals

Among the most significant events in the field of culture in the municipality of Mineralni Bani are the International Children's Ethno Festival "Children of the Balkans - with spirituality in Europe" (May 31 and June 1), "Feast of mineral water, health and beauty" (two-day program in end of August) and the festival "With a dance of the grape harvest" (held within 3 days in September, the dates are determined by the days of the beginning of the grape harvest in the year).
