The house has two floors, has two bedrooms, two living rooms each with a kitchenette, two bathrooms, each floor has a terrace and pool in summer / from May to September /.

The second floor is equipped with underfloor heating and a fireplace, the first floor has a wood stove with oven function. Each floor has air conditioning with heating function. Electricity, water, hot water are available.

Smolyan is a town near the border with Greece. The house is located about 15 minutes walk from the old center, pedestrian promenade, restaurants and shops. Many neighbors have horses, cows, dogs and other pets.

Breakfast, milk and other natural products will be available upon request. Two small grocery stores with all the necessary products are in close proximity, about 2 minutes on foot.

Licensed mountain guide is available on request and your request, paid extra. Arrange in advance mountain tours and walks in the mountain!

Transfer from the airport or to the slopes in Pamporovo fee negotiable as tours to attractions in the region. Riding in the mountains with a guide, fishing is also easy to organize. Smolyan is for travelers who love high mountains, good climate with plenty of sunshine and pristine nature.
