The villa is located at the foot of Slavyanka Mountain, 30 km away from the town of Sandanski. Built in 1921, it is completely renovated in 2018 and offers the comfort of a modern home.

The house has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace. There is a swimming pool and a garden with beautiful views of the mountain slopes. Next to the house is a fully self-contained studio with 2 beds kitchen and bathroom.

The area is rich in history and beautiful places to visit. If you enjoy hiking, you can take one of the many mountain paths in the area and even do a barbecue next to the river. Near the village, there is a fish farm where you can catch your own lunch.

If you have a car, visit the smallest town in Bulgaria - Melnik, explore the sand dunes, visit a winery and eat real homemade food. Rupite, known for its curative mineral springs and being the last home of the fortuneteller Vanga, is also 30 minutes away.

You can reach the Greek border for 20 mins by car and splash in the crystal clear Aegean sea.
