The house is located 7 km from the town of Elena, in the village of Maryan. It has recently been completely renovated, with preserved original wooden elements, finishes and individual furniture.It has a spacious living room with a fireplace, suitable for celebrations.There are a total of three bedrooms - two triples and one with a double bed 140/190cm and two comfortable bathrooms with toilets. In the living room there is a kitchenette, a dining table with 8 seats and sofas. The kitchen is equipped with stoves, oven, toaster, small coffee machine for filter coffee and dishes. In the living room there is a TV with the Android operating system, which is connected to the Internet and allows watching news, movies, etc. through some free apps. It is heated by a fireplace and electric radiators. The house has a covered terrace with a dining table and a garden fountain. A portable charcoal barbecue is available for grilling. The yard is spacious and flat.

Near the house there is a shop and a children's playground. In the village is the famous "Holy Transfiguration" monastery. There is a wine cellar where tastings are organized. The two rivers Mijkovska and Kostelska, which pass by the village, provide opportunities for fishing. Pleasant walks on foot or by bicycle can be done in the village itself and to neighboring Dolni Maryan, Ruhovtsi and Chakali.

The house is called "The Ballerinas", because since 2011 it has been used by the teachers of the summer Ballet Academy for children, which takes place every year in the community center of the village of Maryan. For this reason, it is not possible to rent the house during the first two weeks of August.
