The house is located at stone throw from Karlovo town with an amazing mountain view.The house is fully off grid with own solar power supply and spring fed cold water supply, also there is a fire stove and underfloor heating for the winter visitors.There are two en-suite double bedroom's and two attic's with double mattrese's and the capacity is for eight people.The house is build with of stone and wood which provide's a fabulous natural feeling.

Also there is a small mountain river by the house.The place is suitable for Yoga , campings , families and IT engineers who need a place where to relax and work remotely.
