Looking for a spacious and budget-friendly place to gather with friends or family? Our house is located right in the town of Boboshevo and offers a comfortable space for your group (up to 10 people) at a price of €200 / 391.14 BGN per night.

This is a large town house with easy access and a excellent asphalt road. It is not isolated in the woods, but it serves as the perfect starting point for exploring the region by day, while offering everything you need for a great dinner gathering by night.

House Layout (3 Floors)

1st Floor: A kitchen with a dining area, a small living room, and a fully renovated and equipped bathroom.

2nd Floor: A small kitchen, a restroom (toilet and sink), a spacious living room that can sleep up to 4 people, and two very large open terraces.

3rd Floor: 3 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom, and 3 terraces.

Space for Gathering and Dining

We know that the most important thing for a group is spending quality time together. That’s why we have provided:

Enclosed indoor space with a large table: Perfect for your evening gatherings. You can eat, drink, and enjoy yourselves in comfort, without worrying about the weather outside.

Outdoor brick barbecue and a small summer kitchen: A classic wood/charcoal setup where the grill masters can work their magic during the warmer months.

What’s Nearby?

Water & Relaxation: The Struma River is just a few minutes from the house and is excellent for fishing (the official fishing season is open as of June 1, 2026). In the neighboring village of Slatino, there is a wonderful mineral pool with a nice restaurant, and Sapareva Banya is just a short drive away.

Hikes & Walks: We highly recommend the "Bohemia" eco-trail with its beautiful waterfall, the nearby Stob Pyramids, or the Rila National Park.

Monasteries & History: The area is steeped in history—from the nearby Boboshevo Monastery and the monastery in Skrino village (the birthplace of St. Ivan Rilski) to the majestic Rila Monastery, which is perfect for a half-day trip.

Our goal is to offer you a cozy, practical base from which to explore the region and then sit around the table with your loved ones.

House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the main house, but it is permitted in the enclosed gathering/dining area.
