Casas Dimar is a family-owned guesthouse, located only 30 m from the Central beach of the village of Lozenets.

Casas Dimar is opened all year round and offers everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing holiday.

The house is newly built (2023), one-storeyed, suitable for two independent families as it has two separate entrances. There is a build-up area of 80 sq. m on each side.

Each part consists of two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a large veranda with a sitting area; a parking space and a cozy landscaped yard.

There is a a fully equipped modern kitchen in each part of the house with a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, glass ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, a full set of crockery and utensils.

There is a large sofa bed in the living room /with a sleeping function suitable for 2 persons/, LED-TV, air conditioning in each room, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, baby crib and a baby high chair (on request). There is also Wi-Fi on the house area and a parking space.
