It is located in the complex of family houses Golf Club Ibar, just before the town of Dolna Banya.

The house has 2 en-suite bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom. Downstairs are the living room, kitchenette and another toilet so you don't have to run up to the second floor in the evening while standing in front of the fireplace or outside at the barbecue.

Sauna, barbecue and wine.

One of the things you'll inevitably notice when you arrive is the outdoor sauna - large and comfortable, for 6 people and with great views of the mountains. Here, after skiing in winter, cycling or wandering the eco-trails, you have the opportunity to relax your muscles and recharge for the next day.

I mentioned the barbecue a little above. It is located under a spacious shelter with a view of the mountains. As well as cooking up some quick and tasty meat, veg or bread over a real fire, under the shelter you and your company can set up at a comfortable table and have lunch or dinner al fresco, then relax on the outdoor bar-top until the moon comes up.

And when it gets cooler, it's always nice and romantic to snuggle up in the living room in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine.

What else could you do?

For the skiers - 25 to 30 minutes by car and you're already on the slopes of Borovets!

For fishermen - 12 minutes drive away is Kostenets "Suki Lake" dam, where every carp angler will find his carp.

Lovers of natural and cultural attractions will find in the surrounding area:

- The famous Kostenski waterfall - immortalized by Ivan Vazov in his travelogue "Kostenets" and the poems he dedicated, enchanted by the magic of water.

- The Pchelin Baths - one of the 10 warmest mineral springs, with a water temperature of 73 degrees Celsius.

- The Church of St. Archangel Michael" in the village of. Kostenets,

- The monastery "St. Spas" near the village of Sv. Spas

- The fortress of Trajanov Gate, dating back to Roman times, but entered Bulgarian history with the defeat that in 986 King Samuel inflicted on the Byzantine Emperor Basil II.

Those who like extreme experiences can also find a challenge here - the piloting and skydiving school is just across the road.
