We offer a guest house for rent, located in the town of Byala, Varna Province – just 5 km from Obzor, 50 km from Varna, and 70 km from Burgas.

The house is on three floors, luxuriously furnished, and has a capacity for 12 guests.

It features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, a full set of kitchenware, and a dining table for 12 people.

Three of the bedrooms have 32” smart TVs, and all beds come with luxury mattress toppers. Towels and bed linen are provided. Each room has an inverter air conditioner.

The yard includes a covered area with windproof curtains, suitable for use even during colder seasons, a charcoal barbecue, a large display fridge, a table with seating for 12–14 people, a 5-seat “Wellis” hydromassage jacuzzi, and a 55” smart TV with over 400 channels.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The outdoor area also features a seasonal heated pool and a ping pong table (both available seasonally).

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM, and check-in is after 3:30 PM.

We kindly ask that you respect these times.

There are several grocery stores, a fish shop, and a pastry shop nearby (about 250 meters away), including a T-Market in the area.

The house is located next to a park and offers a unique sea view.

Free parking is available on the street in front of the house and around the park.

The rental price is BGN 550 per night. The house is available for a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Discounts may be offered for long-term stays.

Payment is by bank transfer only. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, which is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to check-in. The remaining amount must be paid up to 7 days before check-in.

A damage deposit of BGN 550 is required in cash upon check-in and is returned in full upon departure if no damage has occurred.
