The villa is used only by you.

Villa Gradina is located in the Chervenka villa area, 1 km from the Gradina campsite, between Sozopol and Chernomorets.

The price is for the whole house.

Minimum stay for the summer season is 6 days. Exceptions are made in case of a free window of less than six days.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room and dining room with two sofa beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

On the second floor are the two bedrooms with 3 beds each, one of which has a sofa bed.

The villa has a bathroom and toilet on the first floor and another bathroom and toilet on the second.

In the yard there is a swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, deckchairs, a children's house, one parking space, greenery and everything you need for an unforgettable summer vacation.

The villa is 300 m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Bulgaria - Tsarski beach. The coast has been declared a natural landmark. It is covered with fine, fine and golden sand. The sea waters are calm, blue and crystal clear, with summer temperatures of around 25 degrees.

Check-in after 2:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
