Vila By the river is a tri-story house situated in a village area next to Botevgrad 40 minutes away from the capital.

The area is quiet and preferred for rest and relaxation. At the disposal of our guests there is a spacious outdoor barbecue with a large refrigerator and TV, a seasonal swimming pool, outdoor sauna and access to a small picturesque river.

The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 to 10 guests. The distribution is as follows:

floor 1 - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with living room and sofa, terrace to the yard;

floor 2 - large living room with sofa and kitchen equipped with everything needed, terrace and bathroom;

floor 3 - bathroom, bedroom, bedroom with sofa, terrace.
