Villa Sunny Beach is located on the shores of Dospat Dam. Next to the villa there is a promenade, suitable for a walk along the shores of Dospat Dam.

The villa has a capacity of 8 beds - a total of 4 rooms:

- two rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed in each;

- one room with 2 single beds;

- large living room with fireplace and kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine, cutlery.

Each room has its own bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi.

The villa offers breathtaking views of the dam, the city and the mountains. The villa has a barbecue and grill.
