The villa is located in Voynishka, Kravenik village, Sevlievo municipality, Gabrovo region.

It is located 11 km from Apriltsi, 42 km from Gabrovo, 74 km from Veliko Tarnovo, 188 km from Sofia, 295 km from Varna.

The maximum capacity of the villa is 22 guests.

We have a total of 5 luxurious, spacious rooms - family type accommodation for up to 4 people and 1 double room on the first floor. They are all equipped with their own large bathroom with walk-in shower. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with access to a large terrace. On the third floor, reached by a spiral staircase, there are 2 large bedrooms with skylights. Smart TVs are available in all rooms, for those who cannot completely “disconnect” from their everyday life.

• Three family rooms 22 sq.m. -up to 4 people. Each bedrooms has a bathroom with walk-in shower. The bed is wide 160cm/200cm. The Sofa extends to a size 180cm/200cm (the rooms are located on floor 2)

• Two family rooms 40 sq.m. -up to 4 people. Each bedrooms has a bathroom with walk-in shower. The bed is wide 180cm/200cm (in one of the rooms the bed can go separate into two single beds 90cm/200cm). There are two single beds with the size 90cm/200cm (the rooms are located on floor 3)

• One double room 15 sq.m. with a bed size 160cm/200cm. The room has a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. (The room is located on floor 1, next to the living room)

There are 2 baby cots

The kitchen is fully equipped.

• refrigerator and deep freezer.

We can provide our guests with meals on a catering basis upon prior request at an additional cost.

On the first floor is the living room, which is spacious, with panoramic windows and a large veranda. For your fun evenings, we have provided a 65-inch smart TV, a karaoke audio speaker with two microphones, a synthesizer and enough space for dancing and games. The little ones will find toys in an entertainment corner with a separate TV.

The outdoor kitchen has an electric oven and hotplates, and a fireplace where you can prepare your own grill or hang a pot of beans to simmer over the embers.

For the little guests, you can light a campfire in our special outdoor gathering area.

For our guests there is also a washing machine and a dryer.

Hidden in the quiet mountains of the Central Balkan, Villa Oreh is a wonderful place that will take you away from the noise of city life, it will be a haven for those who seek a journey to free their spirit.

The villa is named after the more than 250-year-old walnut tree. Its old trunk watches over the house like a guard. Its huge crown spreads like a green roof over its entire area.

Here you will find a spacious, amazing view of the Balkan that cannot be seen from anywhere else. What makes our place unique is not just its isolated nature. Whenever you visit Villa Oreh, you will have the pleasure of feeling how nature reveals its wonders during the four seasons - from a spring carpet of flowers, through summer's juicy greenery, passing through the bright colors of autumn, to the serenity of winter.

The villa is located on the high part of a hill facing south towards the highest peaks of Stara Planina. Warmed by the sun until the late hours, the veranda will be your favorite place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view.

You don't need to come to the villa caring a lot of luggage, because we have completely taken care of your comfort and relaxation while staying at the property.
