Eco-friendly house, located on a quiet street and within 3 minutes walking distance from the sea. Featuring a big garden, the villa is a perfect choice for a family to enjoy their vacation, spend the whole summer season on the seaside, or for a couple to set up their home office away from the big city. The bedroom features a double bed, while the sofa in the living room could accommodate one adult and a child. There is unlimited, high-speed WIFI internet coverage across the whole place.

The entire place is located on a plot of 800 sq.m. It features a house, with a big living area and a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a dedicated wardrobe room, and a bathroom. You will also find an open space construction in the garden with sliding windows/doors, which features a dining table and a place for up to 6 people to sit, suited to accommodate a dining experience or a place to socialize with friends in the summer months, while not directly exposed to sunlight. Also available is a small house (2 sq.m.) which is suited for kids to play at or act as space where garden instruments are stored. There is a corner in the garden dedicated to the growth of vegetables. Grapevines grow in the garden as well and produce grapes in August/ September.

There is a parking space for two cars at the property and the availability for two cars to park on the street in front of the house. Have a walk or take the bike from the house to get around the village, buy food from the local shop or visit Yaylata - a national archeological reserve. Many interesting historical sites are dating from different eras of human existence - from 6 millennium BC until the XI century. Among the most interesting objects are "the cave city" from 101 cave dwellings dating to the period around the 5th millennium BC, an Early Byzantine fortress from the V century, numerous caves used during the Middle Ages as a monastery complex, Thracian necropolis, and others.

There is a person who takes care of the grass and the flower for you. Nevertheless, if you want to practice your gardening skills, please feel free to do so. There is a vegetable garden as well, from which you could have your own food production, depending on what time through the year you are at the house. For example, in August the grapevines grow. The sea is just 3 minutes walking away, but the coast is rocky, hence the name of the village. If you look for a sand beach the closest one is Rusalka and is 10 minutes drive by a car. The beach of Shabla is just 20 minutes away. If you explore further, within 30 minutes you could reach various famous beaches, such as the Thracian Cliffs Golf and Beach Resort.
