Villa “Bozhi” is a cozy house located at the entrance of the town of Balchik, in a green and peaceful villa zone. The main road is right next to the property, providing easy access. The distance to the Palace and Botanical Garden is 1.3 km.

The seaside promenade, with all its restaurants and attractions, is at the same distance. The villa offers a beautiful view of the hillside, covered with greenery and small houses. The quiet area, birdsong, and pleasant breeze create a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

The villa can accommodate up to 5+4 adults, as follows:

1 bedroom with a double bed

1 bedroom with two single beds

1 bedroom with one single bed

two comfortable sofa beds

Layout of the house:

1st floor – living room with TV, bookshelf, bathroom with toilet, large wardrobe, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen (extractor hood, fridge with freezer, sink, induction hobs, fan‑assisted oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine).

2nd floor – accessed via an internal staircase, three bedrooms (two of them with air conditioning), panoramic terrace connected to the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

The yard is terraced, with many roses, raspberries, green shrubs, two apple trees, and cherry trees.

There is a stone-paved area in front of the house, suitable for your pet or child to play. Another area beside the house is perfect for your refreshing morning coffee or afternoon relaxation. Above the garage, there is a terrace with a garden swing, chairs, and a small table, where you can enjoy the sunshine until late afternoon.

Extras:

Swimming pool: 8×3 m, depth 1.50–1.60 m, available to guests. It is located at the highest part of the yard and remains sunny for most of the day.
