Villa Victoria is located in the village of Stoykite, within the Mountain Pearls complex.

The villa is less than a 5-minute walk from Ski Center 4, which features a 6-seater family chairlift heading directly to Snejanka Peak, as well as a ski/snowboard wardrobe and equipment rental.

The villa is situated near a number of attractions — Uhlovitsa Cave, Trigrad Gorge, Yagodina Cave, the Devil's Throat Cave, and the Smolyan Lakes.

Nearby towns and villages close to Stoykite include Shiroka Laka, Devin, Trigrad, Pamporovo, and Smolyan.

The house capacity consists of two bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom and toilet, and a spacious living room with a kitchenette on the first floor.

(In the living room, there is a wide sofa bed that can also comfortably sleep two adults).
