The Villa is located on a very calm street, 900m by foot or 3 min by car from the most famouse beach in the region - Kyklades beach, 2 km from Asprovalta beach and 5 km from Stavros port. The nearest supermarket is 400m away, there are also some great greek tavernas and cafes nearby (Nea Vrasna village). The place is very well conected with Bulgaria, North Macedonia, world famouse archaeological sites like Amphipolis, Vergina and cultural centers like Kavala and Thessaloniki. TOP 3 beaches in the region 1. Kyklades beach, Nea Vrasna (10/ 15 min) from the villa. Favorite place in the village for its seaside and the beach bar- day parties during the weekend + great cocktails. 2. Olympiada- (20 minutes from Nea Vrasna) turquoise water, fine sand- amazing views. Great for diving. You can choose between wild beaches or some amazing beach bars and tavernas by the seaside. 3. Ammouliani island- a small paradise in the Aegean sea. You can reach it by ferryboat or to rent a boat from Ouranopolis (Aton) and spend a wonderful day in the crystal water or some of the wild beaches with white fine sand there.
