About our Village.

Banovo is located in a mountain area and has lots rural tourism opportunities. The winegrowing is developed as well.

Forest View holds a wonderful location, nestled within a tranquil part of the beautiful National Park. Set just a five minute car journey from the Kalimanski Han, with its excellent walking trails, and the characterful village of Banovo, there is plenty for guests to see, do and explore in the surrounding area.

Only 15 minutes driving from airport Varna and 23 km from the sea.

About The Villa.

The luxury-built home has been designed in traditional Banovo style and has been finished with incredibly high attention to detail, boasting contemporary interiors and elegant furnishings throughout.

The three bedrooms is set on the ground floor ideal for wheelchair users or those who struggle with stairs.

The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to six adults and 4 children across its three beautifully-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main living accommodation which comprises of a bright drawing room, large windows and doors leading to the terrace, giving guests the opportunity to appreciate the incredible view of the city of Varna, Varna Lake and the area "Pobiti kamani" known also as The Stone Desert.

Also on this level, is a family room complete with a large L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV, the perfect spot to spend an evening curled up on the sofa watching a good film. The open-plan kitchen boasts all the tools a budding chef could possibly need and with its large dining table and terrace access, it makes the perfect space for the whole group to gather and discuss the highlights of the day!

The real wow factor can be found on the lower ground floor where guests will find the large heated indoor pool and state of the art jacuzzi which can be used in all weathers!

Outside, guests will enjoy marvellous countryside views from the wraparound terrace, a fabulous venue for a spot of al fresco dining on a Summer’s evening. The children will enjoy playing games on the large lawns and having fun with friends on the playground and family-sized football pitch, tennis and basketball.

Additional notes and special requests

Guests have access to the entire house including all the amenities such as:

Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board. The house is fully equipped with cutlery, plates, mugs and glasses and all pots, pans and utensils required for most cooking requirements. If guests require a high chair for a child please let us know in advance and we can arrange this for you at no extra charge.
