Boutique Villa "Gioia Del Sole" or translated from Italian "Joy of the sun" is a unique place to relax on the seashore amidst beautiful nature and silence!

The villa is located in close proximity to beaches, restaurants, shops and "Queen Mary's Palace" in the town of Balchik. The villa is very spacious and sunny, all this, combined with the beautiful sea view and nature, creates inner joy and peace in every guest!

The villa attracts with its classic style and coziness and with its 6 spacious bedrooms, each of which has a bathroom with toilet.

At guests' disposal are two large kitchens, a large dining room and a living room with comfortable sofas and a large luxurious bathroom attached to it.

The villa has spacious terraces overlooking the sea and a panoramic terrace on the last level!

Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a LED TV with IP TV full package and high speed internet everywhere in the property.

Heated pool 9 meters x 4 meters heated with a heat pump, large games room with billiards, air hockey, darts, darts, music system.

Next to the pool there is also a jacuzzi with a separate heat pump for 8 people, as well as a barbecue.

The villa has a parking space for 4 cars.

The villa is rented for a minimum of 7 nights during the active summer season, for Easter, Christmas and New Year, the minimum is 3 nights. Not available for 1 or 2 nights, as well as hen and stag parties!
