Villa Lyutova House

Koprivshtica is a picturesque Bulgarian town known for its rich history and architecture. With its cobbled-stone streets and brightly painted houses featuring spacious balconies and eaves, it mildly blends with the alpine landscape and captivates with its uniqueness.

’ Villa Lyutovi” is no exception from the scenery and adds up to the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the town. The house is suitable for family celebrations and gatherings with friends.

Located in the center of Koprivshtica, near the the post office; and just a 2 minutes walk from the bridge "First rifle"; it both makes up for a romantic vacation with a touch of great historical background. For lovers of outdoor activities, villa Lyutovi is surrounded by meadows with a direct view to the White river, a perfect place for picnics.

The house itself is a two-storey building decorated in the authentic style of Koprivshtica.

It has a large living room (dining room), kitchen, 3 bedrooms (single, double and triple), 2 toilets, bathroom, balcony, a summer kitchen with a fireplace and grill for barbecue, patio to relax. Yhe house is heated on wood. Guests who stay for more than two nights get a discount.

The price is for a minimum of 2 nights!

The house accepts guests all year round.

Terms and conditions of Villa "house Lyutova"

1. You need to have a valid reservation

- You must pay a deposit that amounts to 50% of the value of your order.

- The remaining 50% is paid on arrival at latest .

2. When canceling the reservation your deposit is not refundable.

3. The house is provided to you for full use and we are not responsible for personal injury and / or injuries to you and your company during your stay.

4. In "Villa Lyutov" pets are allowed.

5. Smoking in the house is allowed in the summer kitchen, the balcony and the large dining room.

6.The reservation does not include travel insurance. Choosing to insure against such is your choice.

7.We adhere strictly to privacy and responsible use of information provided by your personal information only for the design of documents in connection with our services.
