The complex have an excellent location: 10 minutes walk from the central beach, 7 km from the largest resort on the northern Black Sea coast Golden Sands and 3 km from Albena.

a lot of history and culture, the distance is taken in 25 minutes by car (25 km). In Varna is the nearest international airport.

About 10 km north of the property is the port town of Balchik, with its history and tradition.

The Botanical Garden, part of the Balchik Palace on the beach is the most visited tourist site on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
