At the heart of the famous worldwide natural phenomenon Belogradchik Rocks and nominated for one of the new 7 wonders of the world and only 4km. from Belogradchik, on the border between the lands of village Izvoz and the villa zone of Markashnitsa you will find a guest house with the same name.

You can’t miss the ancient wall, built of stone blocks, carved unknown when and by whose hand. walking through the wide hospitable portal you will run into well-ordered spacious yard lush in greenery and flowers. You can safely park your car in the internal parking (with a capacity of 3-4 cars) and don’t worry about it during your stay.

Optional and depending on your needs, you can settle into the villa or the newly built guest house. House and villa "Markashnitsa" has a capacity to accommodate 10 to 13 people.

The neat villa has two floors and has 6 beds - 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in the kitchen and armchair in one of the bedrooms. The first floor is occupied by a cozy bedroom with TV (digital TV), comfortable 8-seat dining room with well equipped kitchen / TV, fridge, cooker and microwave, coffee maker, utensils and cutlery / and bathroom.

The second floor has an incredibly romantic room for two and a huge sun terrace with a great view of the beautiful surroundings, where you can spend many hours filled with pleasant activities.

The house has one bedroom, two double bedrooms and bathroom. The wonderful mountain views, which reveals the porch, will charm you during your morning coffee and afternoon aperitif. The bedrooms are heated for the winter with converter electric stoves. All rooms / bedrooms / have TVs and offer programs of digital TV Bulsatcom.

In the middle of the yard is situated our pride - outdoor swimming pool measuring 7 meters in length, width of 4m and depth of 1.8 meters. Currently it’s one of a kind of such size in the area! It is equipped with a filtration system for crystal clear water and is undoubtedly the highlight of our offer. In the hot summer days you can get bronze tanned, lying on the sunbeds or jump and play in the warm pool heated from the sun. By the request of the guests, the water level in the pool can be adjusted according to your needs.

For the comfort and cheerful mood of your family or your company wе offer a barbecue, built in ancient style - tavern. You will find the necessary equipment for self-cooking grill and other dishes. For your good mood and great fun will contribute the powerful last generation audio-video system.

The barbecue is equipped with aluminum windows with sliding doors for even greater convenience in the summer. In winter you can enjoy the warmth and charm of the living fire in the fireplace.
