The Mykoniatika Seaside Villa luxury villa-bungalow is located in the top private residential complex of Mykoniatika, just next to the beach, and offers an amazing sea view. The complex is 3 km from the village of Nea Kallikratia, Halkidiki, and 35 km from Thessaloniki.

The complex's architecture is entirely in the Cyclades style, characterized by white-washed walls and arches. It is right on a sandy beach with a blue flag and is ideal for carefree and pleasant family holidays. There are extensive gardens, an organized playground, football, basketball , and tennis courts. You need just one minute to walk from the bungalow to the beach and enjoy the beach and the sea from early morning to late evening. In our resort, you will enjoy a relaxing holiday.

The 75 m² apartment features separate front and rear gardens and a large terrace with an amazing sea view. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. In one room, there is a double bed, and in the other, 3 single beds. In the living room, there are a double and a single sofa that convert into beds. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment has been completely renovated and is equipped with new furniture. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils. The refrigerator has an independent freezer. A washing machine is in the bathroom. An air conditioner is in the bedroom, and ceiling fans are in all rooms.

There is a TV and fast WiFi (Starlink internet kit). Parking spaces, beach chairs, and beds are provided free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

Two taverns and some beach bars are very close to the complex. A Lidl supermarket is 2 km away. Kallikrateia village has a health center, a food market, and taverns.
