The villa can accommodate 16 persons (2 double rooms with big beds, 2 twin rooms, 2 triples and 1 studio for 2 adults+2 children - all with balconies). There is a big dining room on the ground floor and all necessary equipment for cooking and serving food. The grassed garden is about 600m2. There is a BBQ with a sitting area, a swing and slide for children, deckchairs.There is a garage and 4 parking lots.

The facility may be rented as a whole for 175 EUR per night(for 15-16 people) or 115 EUR per night (for up to 10 people).Longer stays are preferred.
