- Up to eight (8) people.

Distribution:

- Villa / Guest House "Royal" is a two-family house, with a total of three (3) rooms.

- One (1) room, which is a living room / dining room + kitchen - together.

- Two (2) bedrooms with private bathrooms. Both bedrooms have beds for two + two single beds in each room, which make the capacity of the villa up to eight (8) people – in total (4+4).

Single beds are suitable for both - children or adults.

The Villa is suitable for a family vacation or for a gathering with friends.

Prices:

- 160 BGN / Per night - for the whole villa - up to eight (8) people.

- 80 BGN / Per night - for up to four (4) people - accommodated in a room for four (one (1) double bed + two (2) single beds) + use of living room / dining room + kitchen and other accessories.

Villa / Guest House “Royal” reserves the rights to change prices during holidays.

- For those wishing to see the interior of the town of Sarnitsa, they can use an attraction train for that purpose.

- You can take an advantage of a water walk, so called “Boat trip” to Dospat Dam.
